Mediterranean dish.
Let's talk about food again. Yesterday evening I had a wonderful Italian dish at my favorite bar. A "Caprese di bufala" wich is a typical Italian dish, perfect for dinner on a hot summer day. It's really easy to make, slice tomatoes, some mozzarella made out of waterbuffalo milk and add basil leaves, in this particular version they added rucola and some olives, too. All this then gets soaked with really good olive oil, extra vergine and freshly baked crusty bread.
The secret of such a dish is in the quality and freshness of the ingredients and a good glass of a cold white wine.
