Two hotel suggestions in Rovinj
We arrived at Rovinj after crossing the Adriatic Sea and doing all of our clearance papers at Novigrad in Croatia. As you can see in this rather touristy shot Rovinj is just a beautiful little city with a nice community and a buzzing life.
In this post I just wanted to talk shortly about two hotels we have noticed while walking from our mooring into town.
First the "Ariatic Hotel" right on the town square, a beautifully restored old building with some rather modern and fascinating interior design.

You can sit right outside on the town square enjoying a coffee and spend hours "people watching".
Please note we haven't stayed in the hotels, even if we would love to but for what we saw the place is definitely worth going.
The second hotel is about a 15 minutes walk out of town and is right on the beach in a beautiful natural bay with crystal clear water and Mediterranean macchia. The hotel is called "Monte Mulini" and only the view from the beach bar is worth the stay.

So if you have a couple of days off head to Rovinj and check out these two places. We are sure you will be delighted. How could you not enjoy a sunset swim in such a breathtaking location and with such a gorgeous view.
